Printer Maintenance from 2026-07-24 07:30 BST to 2026-07-24 08:00 BST

The OxPop IT managed shared printers on each floor of the BDI/OxPop Building, Richard Doll Building, and Park End Street will be unavailable during the following times:

• Friday 24 July, 7:30-8:00, due to a software update
• Thursday 30 July, all day, due to the physical replacement of printers.

Please ensure you do any essential printing in advance of these times.

Following the printer replacement:

1. You will be prompted to update the print driver when you send your first print job. Please select Yes.
2. You may also be asked to reauthenticate at the printer when you tap your card. Use your OxPop account credentials (the ones you use to sign in to your computer).
3. You will be able to print as before. Please refer to the printing instructions if needed.
