Refactoring of email distribution lists/groups and general email flows from 2026-07-21 09:54 BST

Following email address changes some people will find an email address no longer exists, due to Unit Affiliation not being there for that email address or the name on your card does not match the email address you were using. For the name on the card you can either ask HR to amend the card details, or ask IT to put an incoming email address alias only. If you want to send from that email address as well you will need to ask HR to amend the card details.

A lot of work is taking place today to modify our distribution lists and some related email delivery routing, which might cause some (hopefully short/temporary) issues. Please report anything you see which looks wrong, although be aware that the issues ought to be transient.
